Congrats Murtaza on Publishing the Tetris-based approach to targeting HDAC8

This latest research was just published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry on targeting HDAC8, a protein that is highly associated with late-stage neuroblastoma as well as parasitic and viral infectivity. It highlights the use of a unique conformationally biased approach using benzanilides to achieving the L-shape required for HDAC8 selectivity.
